About me
My name is Becky Tyler, I'm nearly 18 years old. I have quadriplegic cerebral palsy. I'm studying for my GCSE's. I am nonverbal and use a communication aid with eye gaze technology to help me speak. I have been creating paintings using my eyes since I got my first device nearly 10 years ago. I use a professional digital art package called ArtRage. This software enables me to create paintings that look like real paint without making any mess! I am able to use the same tools in this package as other artists might use when painting with their hands. My favourite art tools are pencils, oil brush, and watercolours, and a palette knife to blend the colours. Depending on what I am painting and how many layers I need to use, it usually takes me many days to complete one painting.
